iPod nano (4th Generation) The iPod nano 4th generation, released in September of 2008, is quite different from the iPod nano 3rd generation. This iPod is tall and slender, as opposed to the short, square look of the 3rd gen. This model still offers the user video capabilities, but it comes in 8 and 16GB capacities (the 3rd gen only came in 4 and 8GB capacities). The iPod nano 4th generation comes in white, black, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, pink and (PRODUCT) red.
