Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt), and this completed form securely in a box. In order to receive a full refund, all parts included with your original items package must be returned.

All Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after receipt.

Restocking Policy

Items returned to us in accordance with our return policy, in new condition will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Any items returned to us without packaging, accessories and warranty information may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

We work diligently to fill all in-stock orders on the same day we receive them. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you are certainly welcome to return it in accordance with our return policy.

Product Warranty

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and a 1 year replacement warranty against manufacturer defects. Cases that are punctured or obviously abused are not covered by this warranty.

Aquapac offers a 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

The contents of your case is NOT covered by warranty and should be insured separately.
