  1. Do you ship international orders?

    YES! We ship internationally.  Shipping Rates start at $20 - and additional customs, duty or VAT may be required by your customs agency.
     
  2. What is your return policy?

     You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product purchase price, And we offer a 1 year replacement warranty against manufacturers defect.   3. Can I swim with the headphones? 

    Y    es, the headphones are water safe and can be used to listen to music in the water. For safety reasons, you should not dive with the headphones in your ears. Depths over 10 feet can cause the earplugs to be forced too deeply in your ears.
     
  4. How deep can I go with the waterproof cases, mp3 player or headphones?

    Most of the products on our website are recommended for surface use only. The only case that is approved to go below the surface is the AQP 510  with the external earphone jack..
     
  5. Will the standard headphones work with the Otter Box or Aquapac Cases?

    Yes, the standard headphones are designed to work with any of our products.

About Us

From Michelle: I received a clip on wallet as a gift that I wore for several years - I guess you could say I wore it out. It was perfect-because I HATE carrying a purse. Alas the day came that it was well used, and I had to search high and low looking for more. Over the last four years, time and time again, people have said "Where did you get your wallet?" and sadly I would answer, "It was a gift." And time and time again I wished I could sell it. Lo and behold - I found the Leather Smart Pocket clip on wallet- it's compact & secure and here we are nearly 4 years later offering more than 100 different products on 3 different websites.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart

When you find something you'd like to purchase, just click the Buy button located at the bottom of the page. If it requires engraving be sure to include that information before clicking buy. Once you click buy, it adds that item to your shopping cart, where you can update it to purchase more or less of an item. Clicking on Keep Shopping takes you back to the item you just ordered. From there you can follow the navigation on the side, or search for more items.

You can get to your Shopping Cart from anywhere on the website by clicking Show Orderin the upper right hand corner of the page.

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, just click on Show Order from any page, then click Checkout.

Return Policy, Guarantee and Warranty

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED At CS ideas we love HAPPY customers and want them to be satisfied with their purchase. You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product purchase price. We are also happy to pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

 We will only issue partial refunds for the following items

· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
· Any items that are damaged or missing parts 

Most items have  a 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY* After 30 days, we offer a 1 full year replacement warranty against manufacturer defects. Punctures or tears in the product  do not constitute as a manufacturers defect.

  • A 1 year replacement warranty may be purchased during checkout for select items such as our SwiMP3 player.
  • Our Arctic White Earphones are not covered by our 1 Year Warranty Replacement program.

    Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt), and this completed form securely in a box. In order to receive a full refund, all parts included with your original items package must be returned.

    Restocking Policy

    Items returned to us in accordance with our return policy, in new condition will not be subject to a restocking fee.

    Any items returned to us without packaging, accessories and warranty information may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    Cancellation Policy

    We work diligently to fill all in-stock orders on the same day we receive them. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you are certainly welcome to return it in accordance with our return policy.

    Product Warranty

    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and a 1 year replacement warranty against manufacturer defects. Cases that are punctured or obviously abused are not covered by this warranty.

    The manufacturer offers a 3 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

    The contents of your case is NOT covered by warranty and should be insured separately.
